I spoke directly to the person responsible for this PP at Chapel Hill & Denham yestarday evening. He was extermely furious that so many people are trying to get money off people claiming the PP has started when infact they are still analysing the results of the book taking exercise.

He said to me unless someone has stolen his laptop, and it was infront of him during our conversation, then there was no PP memorandum anywhere talk less of a form.

He categorically told me that the PP has not commenced and that there were many unscrupulous people trying to get money off people.

He said that there will be a statement going out in the dallies on Monday or Tuesday to say that you can only buy the PP from IBTC and Chapel hill or their subsidiaries and no more.

So please let us be alert and beware. I know that many stockbrokers might have but in bids with the hope of selling it on, but we need to thread carefully as the price as not even been determined so how can some people be telling us what price they want to sell.

A word they say is enough for the wise. Happy investing

Thanks Alanbow, i never bothered to ask for the details of the PP wen i was told by my broker that he has 3 slots because i know i can't raise the amount being propagated (N20M). I'm sorry if u were offended in my directing u to him without verifying myself, but also thank you 4 d extra mile u've gone to ascertain the true position of things. Thanks

75% of the offer is what is being bidded for. Payment was to be made today, but learnt that the date is now shifted.

please i dont mean to discourage or hinder your financial progress. i just want to say if they are only offering 25% for the PP, why bother participating when 25% is not even enough for the selected individuals they have sent letters. this is prefrential allotment (PA) & not a private placement (PP) to me. there is a 1000% possibility that a large chunk of your money will be returned. cheers

Don't ahve info on this yet. Let them finish the 75% bit first. With the delay in payment, it may likely take more time.
