My candid advice is that you should not take the facility for now. I see the bearish trend continuing for a while.

If it was your funds, it will be easier to advice.

Personally, I like Dangote Sugar & UBA. You entry point into this 2 is very important.

l have already taken the facility, the question is on what to buy.360 to 720 days is enough time to make handsome profit, even though the market is bearish.l think the most important thing should be on the stock to buy, entry price and the gestation period of the investment.

I must confess u must have a lot of confidence in this market to take a margin loan at this time. All the same ur risk is reduced because u are willing to wait at least 1 year.

I wish i had some of ur confidence. I wish u good luck. But be careful and make sure u have a good risk management plan in place.

Please forget this year for ur own peace of mind. If it turns out postive that will be great. Otherwise next year is less than six months away. Buy which time things will improve. Hopefully!!!

l think it is very risky not to enter,or plan to enter the market. The time frame of the investment decision, will definitely take care of price fluctuation.
Trying to time this market could be futile.

I admire your optimism so let me ride on your coattails. What else have you bought or planning to buy apart from Oceanic?
