A bit confused. Does this refer to corporate taxes as well?

I don't think so. All forms of taxes except VAT are to be reduced.

the fuel crises is terrible, though am new but dont really 'get' the investor confidence or the bullish trend; no PMS, no power, no president, ammnesty not working, they must really have sumthing to be confident about.

Thing is stock prices had been beaten below their fundamental values based on the current economic factors. Your list does not mean that the economy has come to a standstill, it is still moving forward and plenty of listed companies are still going concern despite the current terrain. The problems you noted simply mean that the upside potential is limited for Nigerian stocks and I believe that level has been reached already until something significant happens.

I have slowed down my bullishness on stocks... I am now at a hold/sell mode.

surely you wont recommend hold/sell for all sectors? I still believe there are huge and obvious opportunities out there. Anyway whats your target for uacn
