Finished this book ages ago but just didn't have time to post, anyway it's a very good book on management and I really enjoyed it, the examples used are based on changes made at Tesco in the 90's and since this was something I witnessed I could easily relate to them. Having said that I think this book is a must for any business owner, even if you're just starting a business I think there are a lot of lessons that can be learnt.

Basically it's a good book on management and business evolution.

A very interesting book I am reading now is
Trading for a Living by Dr Alexander Elder

He has some interesting comments like

The only reason there is money in the market is because other people put it there. The money you want to make belongs to the other people who have no intention of giving it to you.

A man used to go to the battlefield with his sword to kill another opponent who has the same intention of killing him, today we trade on the exchanges instead of doing battle in an open field.
