I am yet to receive the dividend either. These companys should seat up with the way they handle things. They declare dividend and takes another 1year to get payment. Unbelievable!

Maybe thier Registrars is responsible with the delay of Dividend Warrants because the way they handled the PO Certificate was very very poor and then there is the problem with our NIPOST.

The Registrar should be more Effective and let us worry about NIPOST Only.

Bluemoney- I agree with you. It should be all coming from the Registrars except where the company in question did not release the money for the div payment which am not going to be surprised in a Nigerian Capital market environment.

The Payment date was June 6 and this is Septemberb 22, So they have to start sending out the warrants now, so that we dont have to send it back to them for Revalidation incase the six months Validity Expires on the way to my House Via NIPOST.

To know how your money is invested will be difficult i guess you have to look at the main operation of the company in question to know how well they are using your money. And secondly to view your share page ,i don understand how you can posibily do this the only thing i guess you can see is your name being writing in the companys shareholders register to show that you are a bonafide holder of the stock.Hope i am right.

Hi,

Please I will like you to share with us how this list of shareholders can be seen. Is it through the company's site or from NSE site, if any, then how?

The Current List of the Shareholders is always Available at the registrar.

Yes it is a general problem but the Registrar is among the worst in the industry. They are too slow in delivering thier services.

I need quick answers to these 2 qstns.

1. Are participant of the 2007 PO entitle to the Yr end 2007 dividend payment by Japaul Oil.
2. Can anyone confirm if their CSCS acct have been credited with Japaul Oil 2007 PO.

A beg your brother need answer. There is no Japaul Oil in my CSCS account despite the fact that my broker sent the Certs to the registrar months back.

PO subscribers do not qualify for FYE 2007 dividends

Did not subscribe to the offer, so I can't help with your 2nd question.
