Default japaul oil.

hello all. on evaluation of japauls results and seeing they recorded a 186% growth in profits. i feel japaul is a solid buy for any1 who is looking at penny stocks. the fact that they are floating a PO in october aint bad either.
what do yall think

the prospect of japaul oil has been over emphasized here.

we have allo concluded that it will do very well.
although i have not heard of the PO plan but in any case it might not be a bad idea, if the POis true that means we are expecting share price rocket appreciation.

though, the company price is moving up and down due to bear presence for now, if it resume rally, then share holders will be in for bumper harvest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got few thousand myself.

I am currently in Nigeria and I asked my stockbroker to buy Japaul for me. Although he agrees it will be a good buy, he suggested that I hold on for now as it will soon do a PO at around N4.00. I don't know how far this is true.

I bought japaul at 7.20 on hearing that they will soon be doing a po. My expectation was that they will buy up their shares to create artificial price appreciation. Now at =N=4.00 am I not in trouble, seeing that being a small company they may be undersubscribed ? What do the gurus think.

you are notin trouble at all.
with the effect japaul oil pull from 90kobo to 7naira, i dont think they will be undersubscribe.

they have a good report of about 180%improvement from previous year.

i also bought at the price as u did.

the moment after conclusion of the PO,before the new shareholders (i.e those that bought po)_ got their certificate, the price will rise sharply due to scarcity, then you might be able to sell at 15naira. after the release of the cert, the price will drop, a balnce will be reached before another report will cause price appreciation.

so be cool with japauloil, they will do well

Default Japaul Oil Po

What I read in one of the papers is that the PO will run in October. Where did that person see it? Let him give details.

if their PO is in october, i dont think they will have place the price on tech suspection by now. i believe it will be earlier than that.
however, unconfirmed gist from my broker is that they are likely to do right issue rather than PO.

to me i prefer that,in away, the stock will be scares and the price will go up.

so we are watching

Default Early buyers

I have been watching japul for over 12 months b4 I finally decided to buy the stock when it was 99kobo but my in-experience stock broker (AMYN) bought it for N1.07. Thank God I still buy then but my aim of grabbing a specific number of unit was defeated.

Now that the stock is soaring up, I only thank God that I calculated well.

The funniest thing is that my stock broker always wait till I said I want to buy any stock before the guy in their brach office in Abuja pick up such stock. Instead of them advising me, I turned to be their adviser when it come to picking of stock.

This was due to the fact that some unknown stock that I have picked as in recent past as surpassed their imagination because they know nothing than to wait for you to bring your money, buy late for you and use 2 weeks to get your contract note for you.

The service is very poor. CSCS statement takes an average of 3 weeks before its out.

I will rate them in due course.

STOCKBROKERS IN LAGOS ARE SAME, NOT BECAUSE URS IS IN ABJ.
CSCS REPORT TAKES CLOSE TO THAT IN LAGOS TOO.
BUT YOU CAN REQUEST THAT THEY PRINT THE ONE FROM THE INTERNET FOR YOU.
MOST BROKING FIRM SUBSCRIBE TO THAT SERVICE.
I NO LONGER WAIT FOR THAT MONTHLY FREE REPORT, THATS WHAT I USE THIS DAYS

It simply means that existing shareholders buy at a lower price through the rights issue while all incoming shareholders buy at the higher price. Sometime, there is a limit to what can be bought by existing shareholders. Thus, once they exhaust what they are entitled to through the rights issue, they can also buy through the PO but at the higher price.

Existing shareholders get the priviledge of buying at a preferred price of 3.50 naira, thats called rights issue while interested investors whose names are not listed as shareholders get to buy at 3.95 naira, thats the public offer
Thats why its called hybrid, mixture of 2 offers.

I would be buying the po on this one. 3.95 is a favourable price. Plus its not banking so certs will come earlier.
