the company was into petroleum marketing with about 3 rusty filling stations mainly in kwara state. it has about 40million units of shares and was currently taken over by a group of investors who were sometime in oct last year sent report to their share holders of their plan to raize money and soliciting for shareholders vote to support the new owners for management change in the nest meetings. the value of the stock is also 20k and not 50k so they were also planning to convert it. for the greddy once like me who look for management change to buy at a very cheap price hoping for revitalization, it will be a goob by if such offer sees d light of the day. but the truth it is a very risky investment b/c is the firm is dead and curruntly on cacas. anyway high returns is propotional to higk risk.
