What it portends is disaster. Don't disturb yourself about what it means and don't look for elaboration. The only elaboration you need is AVOID CAPITAL OIL LIKE IT IS THE PLAGUE.

Well, I hope this time around, Capoil is for real and no more problems with SEC as they have been able to clear themselves to be listed back to the exchange. I hope that they play to the rule so that some of us that were trapped in the stock can finally get out when the market bounce back.

I believe the company mentioned here is different from the Capital Oil listed on the NSE

You're quite right, capital oil is different from capital oil and gas. Capital oil and gas isnt quoted in the NSE and I remember they advertised in 1 financial std issue that they are not the same as capital oil.

please what is the price the private placement of capoil was done. was any placement done at a price of 50k and another N1 or it is the par value that were 50k and 1N. you may please note that the ones that were traded in the exchage were at 25k parvalue and that led to the reconstruction. so at what cost did the new investor ( Wonderkank) buy at a par value of 50k.
