Default CapitalOil and First-Tier Listing, When?

I have observed Capital Oil Stock wriggle out from the 90k stock price to an enviable N5.69k as at today January 2, 2008.

My biggest headache and wonderings are when would this "James Bond" stock be upgraded to be listed under the set of First-Tier StockListings???

A company with a capitalisation base of about 668,575,007 and stock price of 5.69 (still need to see the detailed fundamentals) doing very good considering its class when shall it be .... that it would be upgrade as a First-Tier Stock. Similar stock is .... Cutix !!!!!!!!!!

Default Capita oil and first tier

James Bond indeed, the process of up grading depends on the company itself I think, that may mean they will have to give up more control of the company and broaden their share holders base. And they will be requested to submit their report more often that 2nd tier companies.
But the question still remain what is capital oil up to, any new investors yet, and why do they not want Uba of Capital Oil and Gas ind. Ltd to acquire them, is it because of over value and what is happening between them and 5-star assesst managment Ltd. They need to wake up and give investors real value for their money and hope or fold their ute and them face the critism for poor managment in the mist of this oil BoooooOOOOOMMMM.

Default Re: CapitalOil and First-Tier Listing, When?

I will like to know what the whole business of oil in Nigeria is.? Is the whole idea of 'first tier stock' market driven, or in the derivative quite omnious of the NSE. Its quite confusing from down here. What are the parameters...isnt it public D stuff like F.500 comp. I mean I don't really understand Nigerian stuff...are these systems independent of the NSE.

Is any anyone interested in NYSE...cos Nigeria is making peanuts from thier oil, they are not really represented.
