Interswitch PP

Guys,
A lot of things are going down. Imagine, I just got word that interswitch is planning a PP @=N=2 per 50k share. Heard plans have almost been perfected and will be coming out soon. The problem is that it might be handled by IBTC.
For those that have pple high up in these companies, can you share some info. This should be a "no - miss"

Great job Apache! This should be a good one. The major shareholders are the majors, accenture, and two or so other companies. We should all be on the look out for the prospectus and get ready to be part of it. This could be another Chams.

At the rate things are going, you might not see a prospectus or rather, by the time you see it, it might have closed.
Guys, we need to be vigilant on this one.

If it is by IBTC, then it would be difficult for us to get into it. IBTC from what I have observed prefer to market such juicy offers to only their high-networth clients.

I hear it might be done by GTB's stockbroking firm WSTC (not too sure) and that there's a list been compiled as we speak. The koko will be to get your name on that list. That's why i said we might not have the chance to look at a prospectus

Have it on good authority that this is not true. The private palcement is for IPNF a telecoms company also being handled by IBTC.

I am not talking about the IPNX pp which has been going on for over a year now with IBTC. Moreover i don't think IBTC is handling the interswitch deal. I think i had mentioned that in my earlier post. does someone who knows someone in WSTC financial services who can shed more light on this.

Since you know someone at IBTC, can you get more info on the Starcomms deal as per dates and amount. you can give your findings on the starcomms thread.

I think u meant iPNX lounger. This has bn on with ibtc for quite some time -over 8months, guess no one seems interested.
Called interswitch and the lady i spoke wt confirmed that there are plans 4 a pp but its yet to start.

@Newton,
I will advise you get that lady's details and see if she can link you to a marketer there. get the marketers details and be the marketer's best friend (if it's a girl, you can date her, you have my permision

) Definitely, they will be given targets to market and we can gate crash the pp through them just like we did for the Chams pp (thanks to richestowealth) and avoid all those issuing house wahala.
Meanwhile, got info from another forum site that it might start in the next 12 weeks (not too sure bcos feelers i got indicated it might be way sooner than that) and WSTC will be one of the issuing houses (don't bother calling them, they blatantly denied it).
On another note, spoke to someone in Afrinvest and she said they just concluded 3 pps about 2 weeks ago. I wonder where we were when that's was going on. Like i said, put your ears to the ground. a lot of things are going on.

I know that they did the MTN PP and some property PP. Not sure they handled any other major placement.

Chiofloxy: No offence, but I believe you work in Afrinvest. The trailer at the end of your postings confirms that. I get such trailers in e-mails from Afrinvest.

Why are you masquerading? We need insiders in these issuing houses to help us. You should know something. If you are worried about your employers, change identify, but keep accurate info rolling in. We don't really care. We just need info that is all.

Apache, tanx 4 d advic but then i already hav a babe o! But ofcourse i can play along 4 the info bit.

Pls wanaj0, can u inform us of subsequent pps even if u dont approve of it, let it be that 'we heard about it'. sure dis might be a lil diff considerin the spate of rtned monies and investors increasingly guardin info.

And what makes you think that this is or is going to be a juicy offer?
I mean what details do you have of the coy apart from the cashpiont service machines they operate.
Please enlighten us.
