Just learnt NEGRIS is planning a PP soon.
NEGRIS is an independent power project contractor.
They were involved in the Rivers state IPP project and for other states too.
All, pls be on the look out.

Negris is an engineering company. I think it is a Nigerian company but a rep of some foreign companies. I think they are the only company allowed to import Solar Turbines into Nigeria. That's how they got involved in the power projects since most of the turbines are Solar.

Negris is an indigenous company managed by Engr (Dr) Abidoye Ayoola. They are into independent power production via solar systems, gas turbines etc. The handled the Rivers state power projects and have supplied many oil coys Agip, Shell, NNPC with power generating installations. Considering the dearth of PHCN in Nigeria, I think this coy has a lot of future doing business in Nigeria. I hope we can find out when they intend to come out. Visit Welcome To Negris Limited..

Still on Negris pp. Is anybody privy to the coy's financial status for it to enjoy this commendation as a good investment? I'm sure very little is known of its activities. Could it be another Japaul in the making? Have a fruitful deliberations.

i don't think anyone has said it's a good investment as that can only be stated when the prospectus has been seen. but considering the potentials for the sector which this company operates in, the future looks promising. Let's focus our energy on trying to get more info.

I have today found out that the placement is being handled by Meristem.

I hear also that plans are near completion to start this PP.

the negris website is not going further from the welcome or home page.
well, may be its from the system am susing.
anyway, we are anxiously waiting for more news.
