Creflo u are correct. I went to afribank capital markets and laid my hands on the hard copies of both omatek and valueline. when I sat down to do the valuation calculations( i will find time to share the method i use on pps on this forum), I discovered that valueline fair value is N4.00 at 50k par for something u are buying at 85k par and that omatek was was under N2.40 par for something u are buying for N2.70. I changed my Mind and went for valuline knowing that in the long term I will get more. Valueline is a very good pp but most people are not aware. Go for it. I will try to share the full details of the valation models i use one of which is the simplest- valuation by comparing to the industrial sector PE

Thanks for the info provided, u seem to disect the PPs into significance, i quite appreciate, i believe the whole house can not wait enough 4 u to come out with your method of calculation to add to our knowledge of investment. thanks

I enquired at Afribank Capital today whether i can still submit on Monday. They told me it will be tight but they were accepting upto 5pm today. However, i suggest you check them first thing on Monday to see if they will accept.

Alternatively, check Valueline office. I believe they may be able to accept on Monday.

i just got my own on thursday but the Valueline officer said last day is Friday as they have to send it to PHC, but nothing bad in trying your luck God may just make it possible for you.

I bought without any analysis whatsoever. I read the prospects after buying. Not something I usually do, i guess I was caught in the PP Hype

Any News on Valueline allotment? Are they still Planning to list on the NSE?

Valueline made it very clear that they wont be listing on the Exchange until towards the end of the year. and one of thier MD told me that the certificate would soon be ready.

But i am not taking his word seriously since they wont be listed until towards the year end.

I had a call from Valueline today informing me that they are discontinuing with the debenture offerrings as part of the last two-in-one offers (Private Placement and Debentures). I was offered the option of converting my stake in the debenture into private placements. Could somebody explain what these guys are up to?

All help needed.

I alspo recieved mine but the each share is 50k instead of N1.00 as contained in the PP memo. Pls find out also if total number of shares is double due to the split.
There may be other explanation that are not currently obvious

The shares will be listed on the NSE at 50 kobo per value as it cannot be listed at 1 naira per value so the split has already been done. those who bought 100,000 units will now get 200,000 units due to the split.
