1. I think you'd have to wait to get ur cert through the post. I was lucky when someone provided the UBA registrars' contact details on this thread. I called and was duly informed that if i submit an application for extraction same day that it would be possible to send someone to come and collect it on my behalf ....

2. I have a feeling they'd be listing soon. I hope not at 50k. I just hope they wait for some recovery b4 thinking of listing.


3. Better still why don't they do an IPO at maybe N1. That is if they can get their shares valued at N1. That way they can list at N1


Lastly, I would like to see their audited result for yr end Sept 2007 (whenever it comes out maybe Dec?). make man no begin hope on the hopeless

if the new listing rule is followed, then this company will be listed at 50 kobo.

YES, I called the registerar and they told me that all certificate has been posted since last week.

Financial year was moved from sept to dec in the last AGM.
They plan to list first quarter next year so they can release result and pay dividend along with it (atleast 5k per share)
No IPO for now, the parent company (deap) wants to come out with an IPO so they have to chill and wait for papa
Finally don't quote me but they are looking at listing at =N=2. which would mean 400% profit

pls do not believe this listing price from him, with the situation f the market and the rule of the exchange the coy can not be listed at N2.

And while I still think the N2 listing price is on the high side, I Dont think it is impossible. UDCS PLC & MULTIVERSE PLC Both listed above thier PP Price while the Exchange rule on new listing was thrown out the window.
