UBN Properties Ltd

I am new to this forum and I must commend the initiators of this website. It has been educative and the value of information here is high.
Could somebody please help me with information on the status of the UBN Properties Ltd private placement I did last year. My stock brocker told me last year that they were going to be listed but I have not heard anything about the PP since it was concluded.
Any info will be appreciated.
