I have been seeing this clause in some pp's prospectus"On first come first serve basis" what does this mean?

You guys are doing a wonderful work.The pp is N3.15.par value and minimum not confirm yet.Likely to start in April.If you are interested get your money ready as some banks and money bag are ready to hijack it.I can assure you guys that i will surely feed the house with all necesary information as regards this.This is from a reliable source

Please can you post a link for us to read about this company? How long have they been in the business and what is their business and infrastructure scope. I won't even buy it at N1 if we don't see satisfactory information about them. Guys, we need to watch the rush to PP. Everyone seems to be coming up with big names, beautiful website and then PP.

i google dbl marine services limited and dbl marine service seperately and didnt bring any company.
if you know the company website, please lets have it.
marine services is a big business and its good if we can have more than one coy under that sub sector other japaul.
so we are all waiting

so am not alone,i used all avaliable search engines yesterday but dbl marine service could not be found.

I couldnt find them either narrowed the search to Nigeria but nothing showed up.
