Do u have their prospectus or how can we buy offer without it? what about the issuing house? Even the time for the offer is now very short.
Pls, becareful for this pp that is on market now as evry dick and tom are now coming for pp

I just got my guy to go to NADINA head office at gbagada. He was told the PP has been suspended because of change of management board and would most likely start in two months time. (or maybe it is just a ploy to get him off)

They however took his number to contact him should it start earlier.

Will keep you posted as soon as I get more information.

BTW the head office address is 4a pa olu oshunkeye crescent. Gbagada Industrial estate Lagos.

Looks like the Nadina private placement is still open... I talked to someone to at one of the placement agents and hope to get the prospectus later today.. will post it here if I get it...

every information is important to keep the forum alive always.

i want to reffer us back to pre banking recapitalisation, that almost all the 90 something bank operating then came out with a public offer, some are lucky to scale through while others, we know what happened to them.

my point is that, because a particular company is approaching the market does not mean that the coy is healthy, we must be careful in taking decision, if an IPO can spell doom for investor how much more a PP.

i saw some respomd to this NADINA, and we are just excited, some of us does not even know jack about the coy.

if any company cannot give me adequate time to go through it prospectus, then the coy is not open for critical analysis and not good for public money.

I actually bought the NADINA PP through a friend who knows the stock broking firm - Davids Harmony Trust Nigeria Limited.

Although it has closed now.

Did you see a memorandum or any information before investing? If you did, kindly post it here for us all to see.

I read at one point that this was suspended for 2 months... then someone said it was back on... and all of a sudden, it's closed- this one pass 007

Please, can someone that has tangible info on them get back to us with the actual status quo? Info about them from anyone who has will be appreciated.

Another thing we have to consider when approaching PP since it could not be controlled by SEC might be the issuing house Reputable firm will not like to package a pp that will be a flop because it will affect their reputation, This Davids Harmony stuff is new to me hearing it for the first time. Am' out.

this is realy a james bond placement. and from what i read the management is making it clear that they are not in a any hurry to come to the market. now we hear that a firm that is not registered by NSE is selling the PP. i hope tomorrow we will hear something positive.

well, it is called PP!!!!!!!!!!
and it carried high amount of risk, it is not also regulated by any goverment agency, so they can decide to use even an indidual as the issuing house!!!!!!

your own as an investor is to decide if its good for you or not.

A couple of weeks back a new stcokbrocker I just started dealing with offered me Nadina's pp and I think he said it was going for N2.05 and that I had to invest a minimum of about N1 million.

I had not heard of Nadina then and to think that I the min I can put down was a millio, I turned it down. I had not even done any business with this guy before he offered this Nadina to me. He said they were the issueing house and it would be easy for them to get it for me. This guy works for Davids Harmony.

I said no again. Since then I had started trading with them, actually they trade using their sister company Maven Assets Management Limited, MAML, and according to this my guy, both companies have one Tunde Adeyemi as MD. Adeyemi is supposed to be a reknowned Brocker and worked with former CBN governor Joseph Sanusi's brokerage firm.

Anyway, after I went through this tthread this morning, I decided to call up my guy again abt Nadina and he told me it would bbe closing tomorrow.Actually it has closed but that for their slients its still open till tomorrow.

I have read here that its at 1.95 and that it has closed but this guy told me 2.05 and that I can still get it.

Again, I insist I havce not heard about this coy before.
I have asked him to send me the prospectus but then they can cook up a lot of things there.

I am really confused bc like has been noted in SMN forum, every tom dick and harry is coming out with pp.

I hope I have not bored you with my long story.
I just wanted to share info with you guys.

You story seems consitent with the earlier one of the company handling it. It is nice that you have confirmed that they trade for you through a sister company (which confirms that they are not stockbrokers themselves).

Is it possible they provide you with a memorandum or details to enable you access the prospects of the company before you invest.

It is not wise to just invest in a company without reading through something. They might even indicate that they will not list for 10 years. There could be other things.

Have a look at it and let the house know what you find out.
