I recently got a text from DVCF to go to the site below and print my Share Cert.
I did, and its easy...You will need the precise purchase information... http://www.dvcfonline.com I printed it and it is remarkable way all companies don't use this system (for those that have access to the internet) to distribute certificates. The amazing part is that the registrars should be able to electronically track it. |

yeah bwalaman,
i got the text too. but i had done a yahoo search for the website once and found that info on thier site. i have registered but am yet to print the certificate. but what i dont know now is how does one track the price, so as to keep records on the price movement? |

DVCF OIL & GAS PLC IS IT REALITY OR DECEPTION?
Please hear my story, I purchase 20,000 units of the above quoted stock during their IPO last year through a stock broking firm called Mutual Alliance. Since then I stop hearing about them. Last month, while browsing the net then come across their web address as Quoted by BWALAMAN. But to my surprise all my effort to print my certificate proved abortive. Then I called their customer care for assistance, in which a sweet voice lady assured me in sending my cert. after 3days, then I foolishly asked whether they need additional investment, the lady gave me their A/c information which I send 4 thousand Naira and promise to continue paying N4000 every month. when I confirmed the payment to them. I keep up calling them but they will pretend that they don,t understand what I am saying then later they stop picking my call they allowed it ring several time no one to answer my call. Luckily, today I saw their land line then I called they pick as I start expressing my feeling they drop and refuse to pick. This DVCF OIL & GAS do they exist or they are 419ers? I am afraid. And up to date they are yet to be listed, because I checked I did not see them PLEASE HELP AND GUIDE ME HOW TO RETRIEVE BACK MY MONEY, BECAUSE I TRUST THEM NO MORE Last edited by Dansanda : 30th July 2007 at 12:01 PM. |

Sorry for that ugly experience you encountered when you called the Customer Care. However, and in all sincerity DVCF Oil & Gas fund is real and in business. The fund has the approval of Securities & Exchange Commission and the Fund Managers are doing everything possible to be listed on the floors of the Nigerian Stock Exchange as all documentations for that have been completed and the necessary fees paid for over six months now. The fund Managers are more worried to be listed on the floors of the Exchange than you are.
For more information on the performance of the Fund, it is glad to note that after four months of operation - March to June 30, 2007 the Fund has posted a profit of N31 Million. Watch out in the pages of national dailies from next week. Secondly, the current unit price of the fund is N1.20. Thirdly, the fund is an open - ended type and therefore on the second phase of attracting additional and new investments that is supported by bonanza promos that include car, televisions, air conditioners, fridges, micro waves etc. Visit the website on www.dvcfonline.com for more information. Fourthly, you can visit the Head office on - 14th Floor, St. Nicholas House, 6 catholic Mission Street, Lagos or call 0703 503 6619; 0807 278 3390 or 0803 322 0040. Dansanda, the Fund Managers would want you to furnish them with your real names, phone number and email so that they can reach you. You can send text message to any of those numbers. Have a nice day. |

Hi Kelozor,
I am not an investor in DVCF Oil & Gas Fund but just out of curiousity, decided to check out your website and to be perfectly honest, I was not impressed one little bit. For starters, you have a lot of broken links that render the site most unuseable. Just for fun, I tried logging on to my non-existent account to download the certificate and alas found this page not to be secured! Even more worrying is the fact that your prospectus does not provide any financial data (projected or otherwise) and almost all your contact numbers are mobile phone numbers (except for a few land lines in Lagos). Mmmmm.... From the prospectus, I noticed a slightly curious link between your username, kelozor, and one of the contacts in Lagos, Mr. Kelechi Ozor. Could this be you? If so, it might be useful to introduce yourself properly on the forum so that other members are not misled into thinking you are providing an objective view rather than this official spiel. Just my two kobo worth.

I think it's actually a good thing to have company representatives on this forum. Maybe they can bridge the gap between investors and the companies they represent thereby potentially helping to resolve a lot of the issues being reported/discussed on this forum. It can only add tremendous value to investor relations.
So please make yourselves known and let's take this forum to another level.

I am very to grateful to the members of this forum, for the useful comments and word of encouragement towards solution of the problem I encounter with the Dvcf. May almighty God bless you abundantly.
Yesterday, Dvcf text me that they update my account they sorry of what happen they requested me to text my name which i did, but to my surprise when i went to their site I met only 4,000 units in my account that is the N4,000 that I foolishly pay in to their First Bank A/c for the additional units. Forgetting my 20,000 units I purchased during their IPO. And even the 4000 units is not bearing my address. And if it is real as you claim, they suppose to employed professional to handle their customer care section. Let me append my name and address here under FIRST NAME:- AHMAD SURNAME: YUSUF ADDRESS: SHELL POLICE DOG SECTION, P.O.BOX 263 PORT HARCOURT Remain Bless |

dotunk, dont be hard on the guy even if he is a staff of the coy, am sure he will not be the only one involve, with the way your response is to the guy contribution, he can decide not to contribute to this topic, that will make u more panic on your investment until the coy get listed. what you need is pt, although the said coy are not doin well interms of communication to the shareholders, but am sure they will want to do everything in their power to make sure the coy get listed. i did not invest then cause of the fact that it s totaly a new coy, and i knew they might find it difficult to find there feet. But according to the guy, if they can pose profit of 31m in 6month, its not a bad start. as miss_risky said, lets have companies rep on the forum, for first hand info |

Deap capital seems to be a multi-dimentional company getting difficult to understand. They seems to be a very aggressive and striving bussiness venture. But my fears is when things begins to go wrong with such bussiness and they begin to alert the books like enron, it takes a long time to know.
