according to the new directive from NSE, this stock will be listed at the placement price.

meeting have been scheduled for July 03, 2008 at the NSE
the share capital is too big, 7,138 billion unit ordinary shares they plan to list at @1.20k
The two new Directors are Olusegun Oshunkeye, Chairman of Nestle Nigeria Plc and Osa Osunde, Chairman of Afribank Plc.that is the outcome of the meeting on 26 june 2008

I am of the opinion that the new board appointment will enhance coperate governance in spring savings and loans.One of the new directors in person of Chief Olusegun Osunkeye is the Chairman of Glaxo Smith Kline and Nestle plc.

According to the "FINANCIAL STANDARD" of last week Spring mortgage application for listing on NSE was rejected by the Quotation Committee Meeting.

The were told to get approval from CBN and I think FMBN before they can be considered for listing.

Thank's for the information. I wonder why they didn't seek approval from CBN and FMBN first before meeting with the quotation committee if that is one of the requirement for listing. let's hope they do something quick about it so that they can join their peers up there. Cheers guys.
