ALL,
Spring mortgage PP has taken off and should close late or early next month. It N1.20 per N1.00 share. Minimum one can buy is 1,000,000 units.

United Mortgage too should commence their PP later in the month.

Pls i will also like a copy of the prospectus if you get the info. Thanks
i have info on the pp of universal insurance company UIC, the prospectus is on the website of the issuing house futureview sec. The pp is still going on at a cost of 95kobo per and it is a good buy bcos the insurance sector is a hot buy bcos of the turnaronund and the release of funds by the FG

Default Universal Insurance Company Private Placement Prospectus

I checked FutureView website, but I did not find the prospectus. It could be because the website did fully display on my computer (i.e. loaded well on my accessing it). I made several attempts and all I could see were the ones for JaPaul and Fidelity. Could you please post it for us here?

You can assess some information and the application form concerning the Spring mortgage private placement on their website:Springmortgage Nigeria - Mortgage Banking and Financial Services.
There is no prospectus there.
The offer is on from 5th of November-17th of December.I am a bit concerned that the parent company(Spring bank) on their own website stated that they are listed on the NSE since Aug.2006.I have not seen Spring bank as one of the listed firms on the NSE.
Hope this information is useful and kindly share your thoughts and information.

spring bank is listed but they had problem earlier in the year and the share was placed on tech susp.
Now that they are back in operation i guess they might be working on the lifting of the tech susp.

it was a board problem, but cant really tell the details, but the issue has been resolved.... guys, the pp looks good to me.. lets check carefully...and after, we attack...so we all destroy poverty.

pls provide your email adds. they are doing collation now and u know it normally takes 2 weeks maybe you can get in before 30th of this month. u have to be fast, d insurance sector is hot now!
