The report says they are listing on the NSE, this might not necessarily mean a pp/IPO is around they might just list by Introduction.
Infact I think they just recapitalised (i dont know the means) and raised some billions recently.

this is wat i got abt the zinnox gist from a sister site and also abt some companies to be listed and those to be delisted.i feel its authentic cos i also got the just concluded onward papermill pp from d same site
BuzzWire Dear dipo, Usually reliable sources have confirmed to us that subsequent to the Council meeting of the Nigerian stock Exchange on Monday this week, a list of stocks that have been subjected to the necessary due process for delisting may be announced anytime soon. A cursory look at candidates for delisting suggest that stocks in the aviation and textile sectors may be affected. Some firms like Onwuka Hi-tek are expected to make the list as well as one of the firms which have been in the news lately. We understand that one of the firms in the textile sector may be in the final stages of discussions/negotiations with a frontline entrepreneur and owner of a group of companies who have indicated interest in buying the company and turning it around. This could not come at a better time. The list has an unconfirmed list of no less than 18 names, though it is expected that the announcements may be in batches. It will be recalled that the Director General of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Dr. (Mrs.) Ndi Okereke-Onyuike had hinted as much at a parley with members of the capital market correspondents association. Zinox set to list on the Nigerian Stock Exchange Zinox, which recently recapitalised with over N3.5 billion and acquired Technology Distributions Limited and Task Systems to form a conglomerate; intends to approach the stock exchange for listing as a publicly quoted company. |

this nico j guy surely has things mixed up. the last info i got on this company is that they have successfully recapitalized thier base and are warming up for listing on NSE. before a company is listed on NSE, it undergoes series of hurdles that must be overcome so that the nigerian populace will invest thier money in a company for the future not just today. so if they are listed, it is a good buy. what we should target is to buy at a relative low price before it becomes overpriced.

due to demand and supply rule, then 5% daily appreciation, sometimes, we will have close to 100% appreciation before such coy drop point at all. anyway, we will take a close monitoring at zinox when listed. just like bagco |

We understand that most of these good business are shut to the average investors. The question here is how do we get close enough to the source as to buy from these good stock before they reach 100% appreciation of their values?
