I read the link below from "The Guardian" website and decided to call the Abuja branch manager whom I met some months ago.
He said that it is true that they are doing a pp but that it is still at the preminary stage but that very soon they would come out.
The have about two big housing projects in Abuja and also are capitalised to about N1.5b.

Since he said the pp is still in the preminary stage, I guessed that the price it would be offered wouldn't have been determined.

thank you very much for this info. we will be waiting to see thier financials when they eventually come out with the PP. i also hope the par value is #1 and that the are ready & eager for listing on the NSE. you know, those are the sugar in the tea of PP that causes massive oversubcription.

Bro, really there is no secret. Just that I do a lot of sniffing around as I meet people and while I browse or read. Moreso, there is the investment hunger.
And the beauty of the forum is that there are super sniffers in the likes of Apache, Abinsho, and some new guys that just came on board. Many atime I am baffled as to how they get the info they serve us all.They are all great with their sniffing. Thanks for the compliment too
