Private Placements are not suitable for the short term. Even the Secondary market now is also not suitable for the short term. So Think long term.

It seems you guys are tired of this forum. I am supprised that since June nobody has made any contribution on this sight. Any way, Just to encourage you guys not to be tired of investing. If you have any money this is the best time to investment and don't forget, it must be for long term.

Not sure of any PP. Right now they are going for a fund. It is the fund that people are subscribing to now.

I just got the attached memo on the placement with a guaranteed allotment offer. The PP like has been said is already on. Further details are in the attachment. Let the gurus kindly dissect and let's know if it is worth the N9.50 they are asking for per share.

Looks over priced relative to LeadCapital and BGL.

Scanning through the PP document they are positioning to be more than stockbroking. However I do not like the PE and P/B of the offer.
