mtech private placement
i learnt mtech is on with private placement. Does anybody have information regarding this? As in their prospectus.

Mtech seems to be a fantastic one.
Abeg, pls help get the prospectus and post if you have the connection. I won't be surprised if it's being coded like many of the other good pps. Time is of the essence... most good pps don't last for more than 2 weeks! Oops! I hope they won't say minimum subscription is 5m!

I have gone to the website, the company appears to be quite good and promising. I hope the minimum subscription will not be in the millions range
