Citylink Marine Limited

Gist I have is that Citylink Marine limited is/have commenced a private placement. I tried checking on the company but no info has come forth. I also hear the the issuing house of the pp is Integrated Capital Services Limited, who are said to be involved in the Starcomms pp.
Members should start sniffing around for more info. Cheers.

I'm equally aware of this private placement. N3.50 per unit/ 100,000 minimum unit with multiple of 10,00 units thereafter.The coy want to raise N2.70B to acquire boats and build terminals for marine transport business in Lagos.They want to start ferry tranport services, with future plans for light rails and bus transport services in Lagos.Some of the biz promoters are the Chairman of Bellview Airline,MD of Chams and the CEO of Integrated Capital Services-who packages this PP.

Nice one Soly. I belive this coy projections is in line with that of the state Govt vis a vis deconjestions of the "ROADS". Various state Govt have paid lip service to the waterways but I guess they never really had the Funds or need I say the political will to take this project on.
With private funding I belive this area of the economy would attact govt support in one form or the other.

They also are putting up 51% of the coy for offer thus making it a truly public coy "to be" with no single effective family control.

Would be good to look at the guys behind ICSL
This Coy would be the only player in the sector " FOR NOW" And in my opinion a very good medium to long term investment.

Would Also Like to see some accounts and projections.

Hello. Does anyone know the listing timeline for City Link? I hear they are not planning to list for another couple of years.
