just read from a sister site that african alliance insurance company which has been acquired 100 percent by The Universal Insurance Company Limited (UNISURE) started its pp earlier this week and the minimum is 1million units @ 2.will keep u posted

Sorry dear, don't mind my ignorance, if african insurance have been fully acquired, why are they (african alliance) raising fund? under their old name?

yes i hear its tru as ithe the african alliance private placement and that it is a 1 naira stock and that they do life, so i want to know where i can get the offer form as in how i can get the form
