What I pasted was the expression of interest form which Spring Capital sent to me.
The PP started yesterday. U can only apply with the forms endorsed by Spring Capital. As I write, they have almost run out of forms! |

the letter for expression of interest was dated 23 April 2008 and they said submission of the EOI form should be done by Friday April 19 208.. April 19 is not a Friday (first mistake)... the date can't be before the date on the EOI (second mistake)... Last edited by en_y : 13th May 2008 at 12:42 PM. |

@All
I was offered Swap Technologies PP at N4.40 today. Kindly give your opinions if it is a good offer. I have not been able to get a firm commitment on full subcription yet. Also do you know about the level subcription received by Spring Capital so far. Cos it wont be worth it if it is heavily oversubscribed. |
