OPR-Refining and petroleum company

I read on Proshare news about the above companys PP.It is being promoted by UBA Global market and the company has on her board Chief Emeka Anyaoku and Alex Ekwueme.I am getting to know this for the first time though according to the report it has being out since nov last year.Could anybody in the house with information on this pass some of the gist to the house.
