This is absolute balderdash!!! U mean all private placement henceforth would be listed on the exchange @ it's offer price? To me this does not really make sense, the authorities should have a review about this measure unless the house is indirectly saying they want to finally put a stop to private placement. If at all private placement was being used by some unscrupulous cabals to enrich themselves, i dont think the best measure to curtail this anormaly is to say that henceforth private placement would be listed on the exchange @ it's offer price instead a ceiling should be put say maybe the company/s can list @ not more that 130% of it's offer price.

If the Authorities have thier way, they will Ban Private Placement because they see it as one of the reasons the market went down in the first place. But Unfortunately for them, Private Placement is outside thier Boundary so they cant do anything about it.
