but i will see what i can do today, by the grace of God, Post the full prospectus and form. But i dont mean to upset anybody.

The Champion Newspaper of yesterday quoted the MD/CEO as saying that the issuing house marimpex has withdrawn its service to the offer.what omen for batun PP???
A colleague told me that the prospectus does not have past balance sheet.only forecast(though fascinating).the caveat emptor of SEC also says that PP would henceforth be listed on the floorat the price the PP was sold.
what do we do?????????????

ask more questions, read prospectus, make enquiries , comfirm before posting replies before i did

a N1 share @N2.50, so it is N1.25k for a 50k share
fully paid up 1.5 billion units

Likes of Japaul and others have about 12billion units fully paid up

this offer is 500 million units

so go make other findidng before conclusion
and one last secret, they are coming for offer before they list and the offer is arround N5 for 50k ordinary share, just like daar did
there is more that goes on in this market than being on the Laptop reading punch and proshareng all day we all do those but appreciate the people that go the extra mile.

Although you have the freedom to your opinion
they are listing at the offer price and not the placement price

This offer has since closed and the certificate was supposed to be issued by now but not in sight. Though they said they may come out with an IPO before they list so I Expect the conversion to PLC to be completed by now.

And the Registrars to the Placement (Sterling Registrars) is another issue. A Snail is faster than them.
