They plan to raise N1B thro PP at N2.5, and also raise money thro PO at a price they don't ex[ect to be more than N5.

this i believe will come at same time to avoid the SEC rule of waiting 1 yr b4 coming for PO after listing

What sector are they into? Are they in the upstream or the downstream sector?

the company was mentioned in punch newspaper and the private placement was confirmed for N2 minimum of 500,000.

still to know more about the company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

then if they will do both the same time, then they will have to at least register the PO with SEC.

Be very careful... lets not rush at any P.P like that... who is the issuing house, who is underwriting them? these guys look a bit freakish to me.. maybe its just me but i would not touch this with even a long pole,
