The private placement for this stock broking firm is out. It goes for N1.20 per share at N1 par value. The placement closes on 6th of June and the prospectus and application forms are attached for your analysis.

Default maninvest asset mgt - off paper gist
can someone give behind the prospectus gist? I have always believed that while the prospectus is helpful, the true gist is always off the paper. i don't know this guys well but can i get off the books info in order to decide?
