GT Homes, a subsidiary of GTBank is out with a PP. Heard min. subscription is N10million (N1 share at 50K per value). Guys close their GT Asset Mgt arm located at their Lekki Branch-opposite The Palms shd find out details and get the Prospectus so we can analyze.

I think the firm - GT Homes - started up last year or 2006.

Guys lets sniiff around.

It is a good offer,but there are better opportunities in the secondary market.
And the company can not be listed until 2010,based on the new NSE rule.
Since the company was incoporated in 2006,they will need their 3years result,
which should be ready in 2009.The probability that they will be listed in 2010 will also depend on the quality of the issuing house.
For guys who can tie down money for two years,it will be a very good idea to buy this placement.

Not withstanding when tney are listing, this is a pp I love to buy. Someone please with any information to share about this pp?

l hear this one na exclusive exclusive oh you must be written before you will be given a PP prospectus as they want to give out few units of the company...the former company sec of GTBANK is their MD and l hear the guy is a rules man.......at the end of the day this will be worth everykobo if one can wait like in GTassurance

can anyone that has the GT Homes prospectus be kind enough to place it on this site. it will be a good idea to read the prospectus before plunging headlong for the offer.
