Probably Actis/IFC trying to divest. I have been waiting on this since last year. I'd definitely buy unless the doc springs a surprise.

So Actis have a some holding in this company too. i am sure they want divest because that is what they have been doing for quite some time with thier holdings in other companies. (i dont think they are reinvesting here in Nigeria).
With the rate they are going, i am beginning to suspect that it may be connected to the S & P and Fitch report that Nigeria is a high risk investment Zone.
