Dominion Seed Investments Ltd… What are They Up To?

During the 2005 IPO boom, I bought the Private Placement of an investment company called Dominion Seed Investment which was at the time managed by Futureview Securities. I was made to believe the company would be listed on the NSE the following year but apparently this was just an enticer to raise money. Till now, there has not been anything anywhere on this irresponsible company. They have neither been listed on the NSE nor have they paid out any dividends or bonuses despite utilizing our money extensively for their projects. All I’ve heard from them since they collected our money is how they occupy the best offices in Victoria Island and Marina and collect their salaries. Frankly speaking, the reason I bought the shares was because the following respected individuals appended their names as directors in the firm : Mrs. Elizabeth Ebi -MD Futureview Securities, Dr. ABC Orjiakor, Chairman Neimeth PLC, etc.

Please has anyone heard of any such firm ? Does anyone know what I need to do to retrieve my money ? Does anyone know what actions I can legally take to make them account for the millions they collected from people for over 4 yrs now without any returns or proper accountability? Did anyone out there also buy into the same “company”? Can anyone contact Elisabeth or Orjiakor and let them know a whole bunch of people are pissed off with them for appending their good names to such an irresponsible firm and making them throw their money down the drain for over 4 yrs ? Please someone should help me out on this, I urgently need to withdraw my money from these apparently “funny” guys…

I will deeply appreciate any form of help or comment on this.
