C R Services Private Placement

I hear from my usually reliable sources that C R Services LTD, the first Credit Rating Company in Nigeria is currently on Private Placement, handled by IBTC. To buy in, you need about N1.6million. It is supposed to end tomorrow. Has anyone got more information on this?

Hi Geeman, I just spoke with someone at IBTC in Nigeria and he says that there's a very likely possibility that this will be extended for about a week due to high demand or something like that (as usual, the line wasn't clear ...). Anyway, he did mention that it's a placement for Preference shares -- and that's the part that I don't really like. But I'll wait till I read the placement memo before I can comment for real. Also, he mentioned that the company has no plans to list on the exchange in the immediate future.

Price is N16.5 per share and minimum size is 100k -- so minimum amount is N1.65mill.

Whao, it's good to be back on the board after a long time ... I see I've missed out on a lot.

last time i checked, this PP has ended. it was done @ 85kobo per share.
