GTA seem to have played a fast one. Read in the newspaper today, an advert by GTA for s special offer for sale of it's shares at N1.25, starting september 6th and ended on the 7th.
Lead capital is the issuing house. Memebers should try their contacts if one can get on this boat.

This is the Lead capital trick so as to be able to sell at premium.

But I guess they have missed it.

the paper advert i saw was 6th to 24th of sept at N1.25

l have recieved my rights memorandum papers like very right form it highlights your due and monies you are to pay, l will fill and return to GTbank, to get yours if you havent yet pls go to GT registrars at anthony village

Hi Gentle, you can only participate in a Rights offer if you already hold the shares of the company. Otherwise, you cannot. Hope this answers you question.

Hmmm.... Gentle can actually participate if you find a current shareholder willing to sell his rights. It will require some paper work at the Registrars to the rights. You can also call the registrars or your broker to find out if they know anybody willing to sell their rights.

Japo, GTB Registrars did not send the rights offer form. I had to send someone to a GTB branch to demand for the form. They gave him one and i have paid for my entitlements.
