Looked at the offer memo, tis being hangin on the greenwich website even the universal insurance pp. Fact is that there's a lot of non disclosure as regards future earnings estimate. And the board... can only find 1 name that seems to meet my personal board composition criteria. Hence I'd rather not be part of this pp.
Sure thats why greenwich has being findin it dificult to market the offer

There is nothing to the offer for you to spend your time on. There is nothing in the fundamentals that should cause you to invest in it.

Greenwich does not seem to post its good pps on her website. This could be a clue.

You are very right Ikong. Greenwich post pps that it has little or not confidence in or perhaps was imposed on them on their web site. This subtech pp has been on since around september/october last year.

u are right with greenwich as they dont post good pp on their web. one needs to be careful with all this pp's
