Actually I'm considering picking up d min suscription in view of capitalising on the patronage Deap has currently in the market but my holding wd nt be 4 d long term. SO really check ur preferences

i have gone through both the hard and soft copy,i cant find anywhere it is stated that the stock will be listed third quarter of this year or this year at all.pls correct me if i am wrong

Looks not too bad. The projections look good. They may end up giving the likes of UAC Properties a good competition. They have a very good website and they look poised to serve both the high to low income class. Looks like a good buy both medium and Long term.

I hope it is still on for those of us that want to catch the train this week.

And as already observed by folks chances are high it will be over subscribed thus one should go for about minimum subscription.

its an arrangement am not confortable with also.
but on another ground, what will they achieve with 200million naira???????????
in the property market, its funny really, but we see how things unfold.

While making payment for this PP, a reliable officer at Resort informed that the total unit has been increased to 2bn due to massive interest expressed by the public and had over 1bn as at last week.

While dropping my form too I was told due to maasive interest they have increased the number of units on offer to xb. (I heard 5b but just ignored the marketer as I thought that was too much. 2b looks much better if they are not to create too many shares)

According to the prospectus, they will list third quarter. But I see no truth in it, I am hoping next year probably.
