Default Aso Savings

All
Must get share.

Aso Savings is coming to the market very soon. I strongly recommend that you get it when it is listed. It will be listed for N3.5K on the floor. Got approval from SEC.

Union homes is now going for N10.00 as of today.

NSE quotation committee that met march 17 was said to have considered aso loan's application for listing. Another meeting is holding next wednesday. I hope they do this listing quickly.
N3.50 seem too high a listing price.

i dont think #3.50k is too high. that is the price the NSE quotation committee saw as a fair value for the stock. i will pay attention & see how it will perform now that the market is bearish. the price of union homes will kind of play a role here .

Aso loans and savings listed over 8 billion shares last friday at N3.50. Union homes is currently trades over N8. Aso loans check out price should hover around N8. Union homes shares in issue should be around 6 billion uints. The demand for the shares of Aso protends a good omen.
As for me "God is good. He has done me well..oh my soul rise up and praise the Lord"

Do you have any reasons for this N8 price for Aso Loans? I am curious because the fundamentals I have do not support such a price. If you participated in the PP and have the prospectus, can you please post it here?

Thanks

I think companies should be mandated to have their report online, it a bit difficult making decisions without full reports

Aso did 10% today is that possible?

Default Urgent Information

Friends,
You all will not believe this. Prior to listing it's shares, Aso loans has changed it's registrars from Tiddo securities to First registrars!
Perhaps a ploy to keep certificate holder at bay with regards to verifiying their shares or a desires to efficiently serve their shareholders. Time will tell.

Default Verification of Aso Share Certificates

Aso shares is becoming impossible to verify. I understand they've stopped verification for over two months now. Has anybody on this forum verified his certificate recently?

I spoke with my stockbroker over the weekeend, he claimed it was the share re-construction that was causing the delay. I told him I find it hard to believe that reason because re-construction was done for everybody, while some are already trading their stocks other could not.

I know it is the same case of selective verification of shares designed to give the big players undue advantage while others are marginalised. I hope one day SEC will be able to live up to its responsibilities and regulate the market more effectively and efficiently.
