Thanks, bought direct from the LASG,i am presently in Mama Charlie's land, so the process was done by a friend.

Those guys at Bureau of lands must have added to the sum you paid, i don't think you should pay more than 5 million Naira for the land in 2009.

How can it be affordable when one considers the cost of land, cost of perfecting title to your property, property tax, land use tax, building approval charges etc.
