Hello all,
Does anybody have comprehensive information about Beta Glass Co ltd. i.e the directors, company current position, major shareholders and their holding, Their current listed shares. I tried reading about them but could not get much information. Their website is scanty and silent over alot of things.
However, they seems to be posting good result and seems to be consistence so far.
It will also be nice to know if the current profits are as a result of Plant turn around, or good management, or selling of properties. The stock looks good to me from top

Pls are there anyone with any information about the status of globe reinsurance and consolidated hallmark insurance? i took part in their private placement and since then nothing has come out from this companies. thank you all and complement of the seasons.

I thought this company will be giving good dividends by now. Thank God the price has not gone down like the rest of the prices on the exchange but I wonder when we will start reaping benefits from this investment.

I impressed with the folks who manage this fund, they have at least being able to keep investors investment capital and not depreciate it for them. by growing their asset value 37% over a year, I say kudos to them, only a real-estate bias focus could have achieved this feat.Let's pray they don't change their fund allocation strategy to 'take advantage of opportunities' like some other funds. the response of the market to this news is keenly watched.

I believe that this stock will act as a good proxy for diversification into real estate. It currently has a PE of 18.40x and a dividend yield of 4.41%.

@CKen, do you think building a house with N105.46 million and getting rent of N4.65 million per annum a good deal given the real estate terrain in Nigeria?
