All fingers point back to NNPC. There was a time they said they were reconciling and that is why the money hasn't been remitted. But we cannot state here categorically that some (at least a portion)...

Nice... the world is gradually shifting towards cleaner energy. I have done my own part by buying an inverter in my house. The earlier we come to terms with this reality in Nigeria, the better for us...
