The Company was formed to fill an existing vacuum in the Investment Research world as it relates to Nigeria. We are an independent stock market research company with a focus on Nigeria with plans to cover other Sub-Saharan Africa countries in the future. There is dire need for independent equity research to meet the needs of frontier market investors, fund managers, institutional clients and retail clients.

It is pertinent that the Nigerian capital market has a “voice” that seeks to inform, educate and advise clients about Nigerian stocks without fear or favour. A resource that can be trusted and will provide the needed colour that most clients need and usually do not get from existing sources.

Our company slogan is “growing wealth through integrity.” Even if you have an existing in-house research team, we feel it will be valuable to have access to independent (frontier market) equity research that you can use as an additional resource. As independent investment advisors, we will grow your wealth through an impartial, positive approach to business with integrity as our watchword.

We aim to do our due diligence and dig deep to get the necessary information and provide the desired analysis required by investors. We shall take a qualitative and quantitative look at the companies we cover and inform investors about the positives and negatives about the companies. Information is power; we aim to provide you with timely and factual information. We know the challenges of seeking information in the Nigerian market. The road is rough and our journey shall continue nonetheless.

We shall provide you the facts and our view of those facts. We shall leave it to the investor as always to make a final decision as to what investment decision to take. We want to help clients grow their wealth while being truthful and giving full disclosure. By serving others we shall benefit ourselves.

The company is also open to consultancy services that are capital market related. We are willing to do conference calls with clients in regards to companies of request, initial public offer/public offer price validation, company valuation (as a whole or sum-of-the-parts if applicable), research reports on demand amenable to areas of clients’ particular interest, buy-side research based on a blend of fundamentals, technical and market psychology parameters. Customized requests will also be considered. We will also provide results commentary on key stocks that have strong investor following. We will also offer daily market commentary (not the rudimentary gainers and losers) and weekly commentary on the market through our website.

We understand the Nigerian market, we understand the requirements of investors (foreign and local), we are great at dissecting the numbers and we go beyond the rudimentary.
