Do you have online mandate for your clients? Do you intimate your clients of offers arising from the floor? what is your turn around time to respond to e-mails? Are you always happy to verify certificates for your clients? Do you keep strictly to buy and sell mandates benchmarks? How accessible are your dealers? Not just account officers please? |
