What is tne minimum for opening an account with you?
Do you have online mandate for your clients?
Do you intimate your clients of offers arising from the floor?
what is your turn around time to respond to e-mails?
Are you always happy to verify certificates for your clients?
Do you keep strictly to buy and sell mandates benchmarks?
How accessible are your dealers? Not just account officers please?
