You should consider the CIS exams to improve your marketability.

Thanks for atleast you reply me.
my boss is yet to be chartered and is practising,he takes job to intersec and Topmost sec,and is making it.i have ask him,but he refuse to tell me,he sometimes said i need to get like 500 million before i can start.is it true?i need some one to put me true.

In the investment banking world, you should make real friends. As a broker you should know a few people. If you get the charter you can trump your boss who does not want to show you the way...

When you register for the CIS, you will meet people there who will guide you and you will learn a lot more.

Today is not enough with CIS exam. I recomend you to do a master in finance.
