i have trained as a broker by one firm.i need some one to advise me on how to stand on my on as portfolio manager,securities analysis and marketing under another stock broking firm.pls which nessary step will i take to achieve by aim to be a sub dealer.thanks

To move away from brokerage to securities analysis and be a portfolio manager and to increase your relevance, you have to move from just amassing experience to accumulation knowledge. You can write the CIS exams to improve your marketability.
