Default Reporting erring Registrars/Stockbrokers
Please can anyone provide me with useful advise/contacts of whom I can report an erring Stockbroker and Registar to?

I have read throught the posts on this section of the forum, and some have indicated reporting to SEC? Any specific details will be helpful.

Write to the Executive Commissioner (Legal and Enforcement), SEC,
SEC TOWERS, Plot 272, Samuel Adesujo Ademulegun Street, Central Business District, Abuja.

Attach copies of relevant documents of the matter. You should get an aknowlegement letter (with a reference number) within two weeks. Hopefully, your issue will be resolved quickly. I had a WOW! experience when i reported Afribank Registras (in respect of BCC) and an unsatisfactory expereince when i reported Wema / Sterling Registrars (in respect of Access Bank). Try your luck.
