Thumbs down Diamond Securities

Gets thumbs down for responsiveness, execution speed and online presence. They also mislead me about whether or not i could monitor my account online. Turns out that they lied and I am fixing to change them.

My advice to you is to stay away!

Their online service is non-existent and their custormer service not so good!

If you are interested in short term trades, stay away from both Fidelity Securities and Futureview, moreso if you are based abroad. They both have 4pm cut-off times against trades for the next day.

Try Lead Capital, although the minimum deposit is higher than N30k. They have a functioning website for tracking and initiating trades. Their customer service is good as well either over the phone or in person.

Hi guys

I am new to this site and seems very informative so far.

Please can you provide me with top five brokers, that I can use, who provide an excellent service and easy access to their website.. so far from the threads and from mates the following brokers have been recommended:
- Lead Capital
- Cash Craft
- Meristem Securities.

Finally can you also advice on the buy & sell rates.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
It depends on how much you have. I use Zenith securities and Lead Capital and they both serve me well (At least i don't have complaints), so i recommend any of the two.
Lead capital requires 50k to open an account with them while Zenith securities require 5m to open an account with them.(funny enough, they are both directly opposite each other)

Do you get any additional service from Zenith Securities? Eg margin account, special reports etc?

My current broker is springboard investment. I am very happy with them but they dont offer margin facilities and they have no reserach unit.

I know they have a margin facility and stock analysis reports but really i have not been interested in them. I actually subcribe to a lot of company reports and even get some from ZSL. Their margin facility seems unreasonable to me (you have to service it monthly and its for 6months). Moreover, it's only for pple with over =N=10m

Talking ZSL Recommended

ZSL are professionally customer friendly. They offer margin if you qualify but only for blue chips. See, they want their money secured. They also have stock research/analysis report. Check them out

My contact's name at Lead Capital is Kayode Akinjogbin and his numbers are 08061660086, 07028040021

I think you can use the same CHN number but i suspect it might be a long process. I will advice you just open a new account with them and get a new CHN number. that's what i am currently doing with Zenith and Lead. Hope this helps
