How can we improve StockMarketNigeria.com?

Thanks for the good job.

I think it is high time we had a REIT section either under the real estate or as a stand alone section with discussions on SkyeShelter REIT, UNHOMES/GMA REIT and many others that would soon follow suit.

As the nation strives to deliver on her housing and infrastructural needs through PPPs, the capital market would be a point of call and REITS are bound to be on the increase because of their specialised structures.

I believe this section would place the forum ahead of other investments forums and it would allow for proper analysis of the REITs.

Thanks EIC for the feedback. However, there were some threads within that forum that were not reallt advert based. For instance monitoring and views of progress on some key Estate developments were quite useful. It a shame if we lose that part of the Real estate side of things. May I suggest we reinstall those discusssions that are not Advert based. Maybe members not interseted can opt not to visit such sites. For me I kind of miss the discussions in theat area. e.g. Mowe, Beechwood, 1004, etc discussions. I sure do agree with pulling out the Advert threads. Food for thought

I have just heard that the Ghana Stock Market has increased by 67% this year. I wa thinking of opening a thread to discuss activities there also. Do you think this is okay?
