How can we improve StockMarketNigeria.com?

What a wonderful idea, it would indeed make it easier for us to review the various indepth and insightful analysis of some of the guru's.

But a word of caution, as we cannot put additional pressure on these enlightened and generous people that share their analysis and forecasts. As in all projections the analyst must make some considered judgements and assumptions and even the most insightful can get this wrong.

We cannot have a situation where we "the herd" blindly follow the suggestions of others and then complain if the market behaves in a different way.

Zainab, KoD and others do provide some great insights into the market and they follow their instincts with their cash, it is their risk. We still need to take their wisdom as one input and test it against other sources along with our own analysis to make our own risk judgements.

If we put the pressure of our risk on the shoulders of our SMN Gurus, then my fear is that the amount of analysis provided by these people would dry up.

When I am in any thread, I read from top to bottom. When I get to the end of the thread I generally have to scroll all the way to the top so that I can use the navigation links to go up one or two levels....

THanks. I agreed with your view mostly. We have been using the advice and suggestions of these gurus anyway. My suggestion is just to have their analyses in one place (rather than in multiple threads just like the "marketwatch" thread) for some to use if needed, and for others to use as basis for further analyses. Since these gurus have varying views, the way people will follow these suggestions will also vary, therefore, HERDING will be avoided.

The Administrator created an in-post method of thanking people. In addition to this method, I decided to say a BIG THANKS, by post, for all the good work the EMPEROR-IN-CHARGE (aka EIC ) has been doing in SMN.

1. He takes most (if not all) suggestions seriously,
2. evaluates them,

These are some that I found, I am sorry that all were for Knightofdelta. This was not intentionally done but all I could find. Exactly my point that it is very difficult to really find this stuff once embedded somewhere in the threads.

As for other financial info. I am not sure of what you are planning on collecting, but even yearly high/low prices, PBT, PAT, Turnover, EPS, Dividend, total number of shares for each year.
